In Thornton, nurseries are busiest on spring weekends, when new stock arrives and popular plants sell out; weekday mornings are calmer and staff have time to answer questions. Ask which plants are hardy for your USDA zone in Colorado, whether trees and shrubs carry a replacement guarantee (one year is common), and whether the nursery delivers and plants large items. Fall is the best planting season for many trees and perennials, and end-of-season sales are common. Check the listing for hours, seasonal closures and Google rating before you go.

Thornton is in Colorado, in the Mountain West, where the high elevation brings cold snowy winters, warm dry summers and big day-to-night temperature swings; ski and summer tourist seasons shape opening hours in resort towns. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Thornton follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

First time here and they had plenty of selections from flowers, garden, and soils. Cheaper than Lowes and Homedepot by a lot!!!

It was fine, a large selection. I think the prices are higher than Walmart or Home Depot, but they are friendly and helpful.

Love this nursery. Lyn's plants are always great. I have been shopping here for years and it is my favorite nursery. Every plant i've purchased here has been high quality and grew well in my gardens. Lyn is knowledgable and very helpful in every way. The staff is also very helpful and always helps me get the plants to my car. Perennials, vegetables, annuals, succulents and herbs. And so close by - right in the neighborhood. Looking forward to seeing them again next spring.

This our third year of buying our veggie plants from Lyn's. As novice gardener's we feel lucky to have found her shop. We have had amazing success with the plants, all have produced. Some to the point of having to learn to can & dehydrate.
